We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Officer to join their team. This individual will play a pivotal role in planning and executing Health Safety Environmental Management Systems in line with company standards.Responsibilities: Act as a professional safety officer to comply with legal requirements and submit HSE reports to internal and external stakeholders, such as authorities and customers, as necessary. Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations related to Health, Safety, and Environmental matters to ensure all operations comply. Conduct safety and environmental monitoring, coordination, reporting, and provide solutions for improvements. Identify hazards and risks, and work with management to determine actions to mitigate, eliminate, or control them. Support management in providing appropriate safety projects and promoting safety activities. Implement and organize internal audits while maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems. Coordinate and support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100 activities, and others. Coordinate and conduct HSE training for employees. Develop and deliver HSE communications and materials. Coordinate with departments for incident investigation processes and ensure timely follow-up actions to eliminate risks. Work with external service providers to manage the first aid room. Act as a liaison for the company regarding environmental, health, and safety matters with external parties, such as government sectors. Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. A professional safety officer license is required. At least 1-2 years of experience in the HSE field, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with basic HSE programs, including accident investigation, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, chemical management, machine guarding, air pollution, wastewater, hazardous waste, energy conservation, and greenhouse gas reduction. Experience in maintaining and auditing ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards is required. Knowledge of Thai occupational health, safety, and environmental laws. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
