Our client is a leading company in the global agriculture sector, recognised for pioneering new technologies and practices that drive efficiency and sustainability in farming based in Nonthaburi. They are looking for an Admin Assistant who provides comprehensive administrative support to HGR employees, guests, and EWS staff, ensuring smooth business operations. The role involves handling communication and inquiries, managing domestic and international travel (including visa documentation for senior staff), coordinating transportation and supervising drivers, maintaining company vehicles, organizing social functions, managing petty cash, and compiling data records. Additional duties include supporting R&D by downloading e-articles and recording IEF results in the ABS system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing communication, handling enquiries, maintaining office files, processing petty cash, and overseeing operational expenses
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, and visa documentation for senior staff
- Coordinate schedules, accommodation, transportation, and meeting arrangements for visitors
- Facilitate meetings by taking minutes, booking venues, organising audiovisual needs, and coordinating social events
- Oversee company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, supervising drivers, and preparing monthly mileage reports
- Assist the R&D department by downloading articles from the e-library and managing IEF results in the ABS system
- Evaluate food vendors and ensure the timely and quality service of meals for meetings and events
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant to the GM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Thai national with at least 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
- Proficient in computer applications and capable of multitasking under pressure
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability
