Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Coordinate calendar, travel, and expenses for the Managing Director.
- Manage internal and external communications and visitor arrangements.
- Support the execution of projects and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Provide local insight and guidance on business and cultural matters.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations and a positive work environment.
- Manage supplies, facilities, and external service providers.
- Plan and organise meetings, events, and office-wide communication.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
- Assist with HR policy adherence and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company procedures.
- Oversee expense submissions and liaise with external accountants.
- Track vendor invoices, payroll processes, and accounts receivable updates.
- Assist in financial reporting and budget monitoring.
- Coordinate local marketing efforts and event logistics.
- Contribute to social media, translation, and collateral development.
- Assist with research and support regional trade show planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in office administration or EA roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Fluent in Thai and English; comfortable working in multicultural settings.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
