- Monitor and analyse sales trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise strategies
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in alignment with brand objectives and priorities
- Synchronise brand and channel strategies to maximise sales and profitability
- Plan and oversee on-ground activations and in-store promotions to align with brand goals
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, budgets, and effectiveness, providing actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production planning, market research) and external partners (consultants, advertising agencies) to improve campaign outcomes
- Work with nationwide traditional trade sales teams to increase product presence in on-premise venues such as bars, restaurants, and pubs
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and ensure effective implementation of strategies
- Stay updated on trends and innovations, particularly in trade marketing and brand activation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing or trade management are advantageous
- 5 years in commercial or trade marketing roles, ideally in alcohol, non-beverage, or FMCG industries
- Proven experience in traditional trade marketing, sales activation, and campaign management
- Background in the beverage or alcohol industry preferred
- Experience with large-scale activations, such as music festivals or events, is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and derive insights
- Proficiency in on-ground activations, in-store promotions, and customer/agent relationship management
- Ability to manage cross-departmental collaborations and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Experience managing a team of 4 staff
- Willingness to travel extensively across Northern, Northeastern, and Southern regions
- Ability to work extended hours, including Saturdays, as needed
