Our client provides emergency logistics and "next flight out" services. The company is rapidly expanding operations in Thailand. We are looking for enthusiastic, quick-thinking and customer-service oriented individuals to join the specialized Aviation Team. 

You should have strong experience in Airfreight Import / Export excellent English communication and problem-solving skills, solid customer service or business development experience, and a dynamic "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities;

  • Develop relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Send quotes to customers through email and quoting platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries (flight paths, quotations, booking confirmations) in a timely manner
  • Process customer orders and routings
  • Track and Trace customer orders and shipments
Requirements;

  • Experience in air freight: either import or export
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • A proactive “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable and keen to interact with customers
  • Ability to negotiate and solve problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Able to work on shifts (not fixed to weekends off)
