Our client, a U.S.-headquartered multinational company, is seeking a Finance & Office Manager to lead financial operations and office administration at their Bangkok office. This office supports the U.S. headquarters by managing financial transactions, procurement processes, and administrative functions.
This role is well-suited for a meticulous finance professional with strong SAP expertise who can oversee both the financial and operational aspects of a small, specialized team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and perform monthly financial reconciliations
- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies
- Handle payroll processing and tax filings, including PND 50 and withholding tax
- Maintain accurate transaction records for the Thailand entity in SAP
- Prepare financial reports and manage procurement-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with Thai financial laws and regulations
- Track and manage capital assets, ensuring accurate accounting treatment
- Process monthly service invoices to the U.S. headquarters (50–60 transactions/month)
- Apply additional administrative charges for invoicing exceeding agreed thresholds
- Oversee general office management and front desk operations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for staff
- Support procurement activities, including documentation for government compliance
- Manage HR-related functions, including payroll and general administrative support
- Collaborate with U.S.-based IT teams to maintain seamless office operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- CPD certification is mandatory
- Strong experience in corporate finance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in SAP is required
- In-depth knowledge of Thai tax regulations, including PND 50 and withholding tax
- Experience in office administration, HR support, and procurement processes
- High attention to detail, with a strong track record in handling invoicing and reconciliation
- Previous experience managing payroll and tracking expenses
