The company is looking for a Finance Manager in Thailand to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide strategic insights that support continued growth in the region.
The succesful candidate will also oversee certain HR Operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee profit & loss, balance sheet accuracy, and country-level financial reporting
- Manage cash flow forecasting, planning, and fund transfers
- Review reconciliations, billings, receivables, and debtor management
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, with analysis of revenue, costs, and trends
- Deliver timely reports and insights to support management decisions
- Maintain and improve accounting systems, controls, and processes
- Coordinate audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure statutory compliance
- Guide and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 7 years’ finance or controlling experience, ideally in an international environment
- Strong skills in financial reporting, cash flow, and budgeting
- Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
- Solid understanding of compliance and statutory requirements
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English; Thai language is needed
