Our client, a renowned leader in tropical vegetable seeds, is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to shape the company’s internal narrative, ensuring employees worldwide are informed and connected to the mission of supporting smallholder farmers.

As an Internal Communications Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing global internal campaigns, developing impactful content, and collaborating closely with HR and other departments to strengthen a culture of communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute internal communication strategies to meet company goals
  • Manage and coordinate internal communication projects across departments
  • Create, edit, and oversee content for internal platforms such as newsletters, email updates, and internal publications
  • Plan and deliver global town hall events, both in-person and virtual
  • Develop and implement communication plans for organisational change
  • Ensure consistency between internal and external communication messages
  • Draft messages and presentation scripts for senior leaders
  • Collaborate with HR on culture-building and sustainability initiatives
  • Organise and manage corporate internal events across digital, hybrid, and in-person formats
  • Monitor communication activities, manage budgets, and maintain records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, branding, or a relevant area
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment
  • High proficiency with communication tools, including collaboration platforms and software for content creation
  • Creative, dynamic personality with an ability to innovate and think strategically
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for storytelling and building connections
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and open to working with diverse cultures
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed
