Our client is a leading global food manufacturer recognized for its iconic snack brands and commitment to high-quality standards and is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join its Chon Buri facility. This position plays a critical role in establishing, implementing, and enforcing the plant’s Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies.
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating all PM activities, managing the technical store, and ensuring 100% stock accuracy to support uninterrupted plant operations. This position also ensures the effective use of SAP S4HANA for inventory and task management.

Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely task completion by mechanical and PCIS technicians
- Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance, operations, QFS, and vendor teams to schedule and oversee maintenance tasks and audits
- Inventory & Store Management: Ensure spare parts availability, maintain accurate records in SAP, and oversee the smooth operation of the engineering store
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold EHS and food quality standards in maintenance and warehouse operations
- Administrative Support: Manage reporting, procurement tasks, and SAP documentation (PR, PO, GRN)
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze maintenance performance and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Reporting: Generate and present reports on maintenance activities, trends, and KPIs on a regular basis
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong background in maintenance and/or engineering store operations
- Proficient in SAP (minimum 3 years as active user), MS Office, and knowledgeable in Allen Bradley PLC systems
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices, warehouse control, and technical documentation
- Effective communicator with good command of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work under pressure, and drive cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with digital/smart factory tools and dashboards is an advantage
