Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production runs smoothly and targets are consistently met
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal asset utilisation to boost productivity and delivery performance
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows
• Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to identify new ways to improve product quality and consistency
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility management, ensuring minimal downtime and operational reliability
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues and implement preventative maintenance strategies
• Support team development by providing leadership, guidance, and clear performance expectations
• Collaborate with other departments to address challenges and ensure alignment on business goals
• Enforce safety and quality standards, fostering a compliant and secure working environment
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure company adherence to relevant policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in Thai with a good command of English
• Proven experience in production operations, production control, and quality management
• Hands-on knowledge of improving OEE, reducing waste, and applying LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong technical expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments and independently managing responsibilities
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
