Our client, a leader in providing specialised technical solutions and services to various industries, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves driving sales performance, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Analyse sales data to refine strategies and improve performance
  • Review and approve pricing proposals and agreements to meet customer requirements
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives aligned with business goals
  • Conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and evaluate team performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and share insights with internal teams
  • Manage departmental schedules, appointments, and procurement approvals
  • Represent the laboratory administrator on operational concerns
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed standards
  • Maintain and update the customer database to optimise resource utilisation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years working with ISO 17025 standards and 3-5 years in a supervisory role within sales or product management
  • Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver results
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Valid driving licence with access to a personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Thailand
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on business needs
