Our client, a leader in providing specialised technical solutions and services to various industries, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves driving sales performance, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyse sales data to refine strategies and improve performance
- Review and approve pricing proposals and agreements to meet customer requirements
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives aligned with business goals
- Conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and evaluate team performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and share insights with internal teams
- Manage departmental schedules, appointments, and procurement approvals
- Represent the laboratory administrator on operational concerns
- Ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to agreed standards
- Maintain and update the customer database to optimise resource utilisation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years working with ISO 17025 standards and 3-5 years in a supervisory role within sales or product management
- Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver results
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
- Valid driving licence with access to a personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Thailand
- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on business needs
