Senior Sales Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial components in Thailand, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to oversee strategy, customer relationships, and team development. This company specializes in rubber, foam, plastic, and metal products, supplying key components for the automotive, electronics, and construction sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate goals to boost revenue growth.
• Develop annual sales forecasts and budgets to meet objectives.
• Stay responsive to market changes, recommending new strategies that align with company priorities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance goals and promoting a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Inspire continuous improvement and professional development, identifying future leaders within the team.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Directly handle negotiations with major clients to secure business opportunities and enhance market positioning.
• Oversee accurate sales forecasting and data-driven planning.
• Manage system integrations and collaborate on optimizing sales processes.
• Control sales costs to maximize profitability and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a senior sales leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to inspire and develop teams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as required.
