Senior Valuer

Our client, a leading global real estate services firm, is seeking a Senior Valuer. This position involves inspecting, analysing, and valuing various properties, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and verifying title deeds and relevant documents.

Responsibilities:

Site Inspection Preparation:

• Prepare for site inspections by creating location maps and gathering necessary data and documentation for submission to the Land Department

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Conduct inspections and collect data for small to medium-sized properties, including land, buildings, and residential/commercial units
• Analyse collected data to determine property values

Title Deed Verification:

• Verify title deeds and other relevant documents to support valuation analysis

Valuation Analysis and Reporting:

• Perform valuation analyses based on work experience
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports

Additional Duties:

• Execute any other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in valuation or a related field
• Proficient in Thai and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Valuation & Advisory sector
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe (PDF, Illustrator), Google Earth, and Google Maps
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and related agencies
• Good personality with honesty, a positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Qualified valuer or qualified general valuer certified by the Valuation Association of Thailand or the Thai Valuer Association (preferable)
• Membership in the Valuation Association of Thailand or the Thai Valuer Association (preferable)
• Valid driver’s licence and the ability to drive a personal vehicle for site inspections (preferable)
