Technical Consultant (D365 F&O)

Our client is a Microsoft certified Solution partner for Business Applications and looking for motivated developers with a passion for building customized solutions based on customer business process requirements. We focus on using Microsoft technologies and frameworks to deliver stable and friendly experiences for our users, customers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O
• Write, test, and validate code to ensure accuracy and compliance with development standards
• Install and configure enterprise software add-ons
• Create custom reports based on business requirements and documentation standards
• Maintain clear and comprehensive code documentation
• Review and implement necessary updates based on client feedback and management discussions
• Develop and execute data migration strategies to transfer customer data into AX/D365
• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics AX / D365
• Provide testing support, assist in go-live activities, and offer post-implementation assistance
• Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Integrate D365 with third-party applications and external systems
• Optimize D365 system performance through tuning and enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related degree
• Ability to be self-directed and individually resourceful, working independently but also within a fast-paced team environment
• Experience as a technical consultant in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Completed end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics AX or Finance & Operations implementations
• Understanding of the core functionality of Microsoft Dynamics products and the technical tools for customization
• Good experience with Lifecycle Services including BPM/RSAT and DevOps
• Possess Microsoft certification exam MB-300, MB-500 or equivalent certification will have added advantage
• Knowledge of integrations and interfaces between D365 and other applications is a plus
• Experience with Power Platforms is nice to have
• Experience in some functional areas is a plus point
