Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical services team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal performance
• Monitor team activities, develop preventive maintenance protocols, and provide ongoing training
• Conduct on-site visits to address client needs and resolve equipment-related issues
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and technicians to deliver effective, timely solutions
• Oversee equipment and machinery performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Implement preventative maintenance measures to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide technical demonstrations and training to educate clients on safe and efficient equipment use
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Ensure all technical services comply with company standards and client requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years’ experience in technical sales and managerial roles
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage service operations effectively
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent command of English communication
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to work overtime when required
• Collaborative and team-oriented with a focus on achieving results
• Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel as needed
